Carrier on and off many times with brief transmissions.
On at 0250 with a stronger and longer transmission with music heard. SIO 222.
Off at 0307.

I was hearing this again here last night. Switched to:

I was seeing it go on and off, fairly strong, but it was some sort of data at 6934.8. But I also think I have heard music here once at my QTH.

The op sometimes plays tones, perhaps he is testing equipment?
