I have this carrier. No usable audio though.

0357 hearing something now. Lots of noise unfortunately

03.50 UTC barely audio came up now

I had it here on my Perseus SDR in NW Germany also.
SINPO 12211, but I hope to decipher the music at peak level later the day.
