Heard in western europe, the Netherlands 04-04
UNID with SIO 333 in centre part of Holland. Low noise level.
at around 03.16 UTC "who is gonna do.." reggea sounded song, steady signal.
up to S 7-8 Few minutes later gone.
Presume USA pirate
Heard at Mike Radio, on peaked inverted V for 43 mb / Kenwood R 5000.
Listened the station for a moment when I had a night-break for toilet visit...
