10AD156 is an 11-meter freeband formatted "callsign" - 10 being the prefix for Mexico (not surprising given the mode and Mexican flag in the second SSTV image).
Looks like a freebander playing with SSTV :D

Good catch! So this is likely Pesky SSTV ;D

That 11 meter freeband callsign is also further proof that at least some of the Latin American operators that hang out on 11 meters move down to the lower bands when the propagation conditions on 27 MHz aren't too hot. :D
