2342 UTC - Hearing Spanish language OM and YL conversation on 7000 kHz USB, signal is S7 in WNY.

I heard this QSO last night as well.  The entire 6-7 MHz region was alive with Spanish and Portuguese chatter in addition to the SHARES hurricane nets on 6765 USB and 6910 USB.  There were even Spanish language freebanders or outbanders using 6910 LSB at the same time.

7000 USB is an interesting choice...at one point I heard somebody sending CQ CQ CQ in CW on 7001.5 or so, probably intentionally to try and get them to QSY down below 7.0 MHz.
