I actually was listening slightly off-frequency at 9999 kHz when I heard the tell-tale beeping sound of BPM under WWV. Then, during the 2359 minute, I distinctly heard the morse code ID, followed by a weak voice ID in Chinese.

Just heard BPM time signal on May 20, 2019 at 16:29 UTC with good signal on 10000.0 kHz (AM).
