Tuned in at 2228utc, good signal with low noise, hear old acoustically recorded 78 rpm records about war and world war one, at 2236 it's fading out which is too bad because this is a really nice program. Thanks. Now it's fading in and out. At 2257 back to good signal. At 2313utc a speech by FDR, then off.
