2224 I am assuming this is a pirate.... just above the noise floor, music and then an OM (not sure what language). Will continue to monitor.
2235 Sounds like a SS OM speaking in an excited fashion - preacher?

Certainly possible. I'll check for that if I hear it again. Right now (1047z) 860 is religious but an EE OM, and he's speaking rather calmly.

It's back again, SS music on 1119 UTC, with a SS OM speaking over it, quite weak.
I checked 860, and cannot hear it there in the mix of stations.
Starting to fade out at 1227 UTC.

I was listening to the COMMSIGMA SDR at around 11 AM Eastern today and there was clearly an English speaking voice running down a list of stations, with a mention of one in Jersey City. I couldn't really hear anything else and I searched the Jersey City angle, and there's 2 stations that are licensed there, but I didn't really get the sense that they were necessarily related.
Listening for a noon TOH repeat of that, maybe, which could yield more clues.

English station list again at noon. One of the stations we picked out of the audio on the chat was WNYG in Medford NY. The Wikipedia page states this is an affiliate of "Radio Cantico Nuevo". Sure enough a stream with that audio has been found:
