Any out of band stuff or just activity on the legal 40 channels 26.965 MHz to 27.405 MHz?

When 11 meters opens the european DX will listen to channel 38 LSB for US DX  making first contacts. Then if the DX gets very good over a period of time move off to above channel 40 with US DX.
