6400 kHz seems to be a popular spot (6400 USB and 6400 LSB) for pescadores and similar users.  Technically its part of the 6 MHz marine band so that makes sense.  I've noticed an uptick in the logging of OMs and YLs talking, with Christmas right around the corner husbands out at sea talking to their wives over HF radio makes sense.
