listening to your broadcast RedHat while i do some re-coding on my Kiwi SDR to increase the current audio bandwidth from 12Khz to 20Khz.
this will improve audio response from the current 6Khz to 10Khz.
happy holidays to everyone 8)
yes, you hit the nail square center - to play tunes and enjoy - exactly what i am doing while i work on the Kiwi :)
thanks RedHat !

Still going strong at 0143 UTC, with "Carol of the Bells" by Mannheim Steamroller. S8 in NY with good audio. Nice to see stations are moving to 4 Mhz for nighttime broadcasts.
-
Just tuned in at 0144 UTC. It's weak enough here that I'm listening in USB to hear the music.
Tuned in again at 0246 UTC, and the signal's below the noisy floor now. The lower bands have not been good here all day!
-
157 great copy S7 sounds good
204 Mannheim Steamroller/ greesleeves.
206 Howard Blake/ the snowman soundtrack
223 Peter Auty/ walking in the air
236 Fleetwood Mac / Rhiannon
4 mhz working here tonight!
Thanks Redhat

Lots of noise here at locale in Omaha @ 0200.
Audio sounds good when noise subsides but copy diffivult.
0202: Orchestral rendition of "What Child Is This?" into station iID.
-0223 sounds like selection from animated film " The Snowman."
Copy still very difficult with high persistent static levels.

Hello Redhat. Catching your Christmas show on the K3fef SDR with a S8-S9 and great audio with a song about "Lutefisk" at 0157. Had it once and YUCK! Talk about it being a train wreck not knowing what to do at 0200 and then playing Manheim Steamroller. At my QTH, you are a S9 just above that nasty noise level. Thanks for your Christmas Show buddy and Merry Christmas to you and your family!
-
2:22 Mostly above the noise in WNY 73

Tuned in at 0237. Noise is really nasty and although the signal is 25-35 dB above the noise, overall quality is poor.
A time when I wish the Elad had an rf gain control!

Music that makes one want to independently flex each butt cheek to the beat @ 0306Z.
S9 here, aka 50uv.
-
Late to the show, sounds like Redhat wrapping things up @ 0318 with shoutouts to HFU posters. S9 and good audio.
-
Catching ya at signoff, was a bit too weak against local QRM to hear much more than low tones earlier. S7 with shoutouts. I love being able to hear you at this frequency, but local QRM totally destroys that band, shame!
Signing off with Music is Math. Great choice, redhat, Geogaddi is one of the best albums of all time. Boards of Canada was lifechanging for teenage me!

SDR recording catch
0106 Sign on, with ambient music.

0207 Still a good signal
