Title: Maritime HF coast stations
Post by: NSPcom on December 29, 2018, 1424 UTC
1. Is there HF stations still offering phone patch for ships?
I find listed stations like Shipcom/WLO, Monaco radio, Stockholm Radio, Cape Town Radio and Brunei Bay Radio but lists are often outdated.

2. Any other HF voice weather bulletins still available?
Cape Town Radio, Charleville/Wiluna Radio and Taupo Radio seems to be active.

In this region the Philippines, Myanmar (Burma) and Vietnam still offer and operate good old fashioned ship-shore radfone links in the 4, 6 and 8MHz bands, not common as they once were but I come across them from time to time... ;)
