Driving around & heard a couple of brief fade-ups of pop ballads with female vocals. First I've heard anything like that in hours of listening to 1710 kHz over the past two years or so

Hearing "Higher and Higher" by Jackie Wilson @ 2332, along with a least 2 other TIS type stations.
