Title: HFU Propagation page ionosondes seem to be missing

Not sure if the gubermint shutdown is affecting this, but I noticed most of the ionosonde links are not working.

Just an FYI...

Yes, it's the shutdown. They're not considered vital (but some other space weather information is).
