0142 UTC Unid music and possibly an OM at 0143? Followed by "Echelon"-30 Seconds to Mars
0150 UTC "Cigarettes"-Tash Sultana
0154 UTC OM said something again (but missed it), into "I Get Off"-Halestorm
0157 UTC OM then "Desire"-Meg Myers
0202 UTC OM with ID...maybe W-something? Followed by a song shazam says was "Feel It Still"-Portugal. The Man
0208 UT OM again into another unid song
0212 UTC OM, into "Push"-Matchbox Twenty
0216 UTC OM again (but the voice is too low to catch the ID), into "Barrel of a Gun"-Depeche Mode
0221 UTC OM then "Everything You Want"-Vertical Horizon
0228 UTC Signal is deep in the noise now....nada on copy for the songs
Listening back on the recording, the ID by synth voiced OM sounds like WHD or maybe WUHD......really hard to tell!
Only the op knows for sure! Please help us out on this one! :)

S4 to S5 carrier, low audio @ 0145. May have started with a Korn tune, but maybe Shazam misidentified it.
0156 - "I Get Off" Halestorm, S4 and mostly poor copy
0157 - OM with possible ID, but I missed it
0206 - "Lime Habit" Polica. Lots of peaks and deep fades now, rough copy here.
0211 - "Temporary" White Rabbits, steadier now and fair copy at times.
0214 - "Push" Matchbox Twenty, music cutting through the static better than the announcer's deep voice.
0229 - "Drive", S3 and poor copy
-
0148 There's a carrier present. I can hear something when I tune to USB but it's very weak.

UNID 6965 AM S1-S2 in NY
0151: Tash Sultana "Cigarettes"
0155: Halestorm "I Get Off"
0159: Meg Myers "Desire"
(Now listening on Oklahoma City, OK SDR to get an I.D., Signal S7)
0213: Computerized I.D., said something about High Definition & also mentioned HFU into Matchbox Twenty "Push"
0217: Another computerized I.D., possibly WUHD Ultra High Definition Radio ? into Depeche Mode "Barrel Of A Gun"
(Switched to Las Cruces, NM SDR, very weak here but better signal then OKC which faded)
0253: Off the air

Tuned in at 0157utc, barely detect carrier in ssb mode.
-
0148 Cigarettes Tash Sultana
0155 I Get Off Halestorm
0157 Desire Meg Myers
SIO 333
-
carrier only

Very faint, but clear by off tuning slightly to 6965.078 gives the best on the vocals.

Listened to the my recording and around 0211z there was an ID and I think this is what was said.
"this is WHV high definition radio, please post reception reports to the HF Underground dot com"
The only thing I'm not sure about is if it was a V or a D which is more likely.
WHD "high definition" makes more sense.
I stand (really I'm sitting right now) the ID is WUHD thanks to Dr. Benway and the recording provided by Skipmuck.
-
It is WUHD, "Ultra high definition radio". This is a moniker I created for testing wideband audio AM transmissions. This was at low power, and with a poorly sited antenna, hence the weak signal. Audio bandwidth was set to 15 KHz.
Thanks all,

Thanks for the ID redhat. I'm off to Walmart to pick up q-tips.
-
Thanks redhat! Remember.....W followed by U is "Triple U! ;)

:-\ Szzam- Missed it here. I got to listen more I guess. Using RTL Dongel.. most of time its a very good radio, all for the tidy sum of 30 dollars and a computer.

Thanks for the Vertical Horizon track!
