Hello.

This is one of the channels of TRT (Turkish Radio-Television Corporation).

6215 kHz is an interesting one.  It's also the distress/calling frequency for the 6 MHz HF marine band (6215 kHz USB voice) and is used by several other non-marine stations including spy numbers station "V24"

https://www.hfunderground.com/wiki/index.php/V24

You'll often hear marine stations using it as a "working" channel (for general chit-chat).  Sometimes you'll hear the Coast Guard get on frequency and remind whoever is using it that they're on an emergency frequency and to change to a different frequency as soon as possible.

It's been used by pirates in W. Europe from time to time, also. Nearly always in AM, though.

You didn't mention your QTH. If Europe, this was most likely a pirate.

Nearby 6212 is often used by the "Angry Bahstad" fishermen, presumed to be from the Gloucester Massachusetts area. I've also heard them further down within the 49m band during the daytime, when the band is mostly dead.

I would guess that this not a Euro pirate from the music. Also I've haven't seen a pirate logged on that frequency in a long time.
