S7 to S8 with dance music.  Wide audio.  Haven't heard an ID yet but signal looks like Mix Radio.  Seems to have some kind of spur/mixing product at 4109khz
0235 - "What I Am" remix, Kai Jack
0239 - "Side To Side" Ariana Grande ft. Nicki Minaj.  S9 peaks
0253 - ID, then "Weird Nature" CJ Peeton

I can hear the music here as of 0239 UTC. Nice audio, though it's not too far above the noise so far.

0326 at the noise floor now.

1-26-2019 0325z 4081KHz USB Mix radio with their characteristic 15Khz audio.  Despite the high suburban noise here, sounding very nice with some contemporary dance/chr type music.

0334z Nice pounding track, sounds like Bjork to me.  A google seach of the lyrics show, yeah, 'Skin On Skin' by DJ Krush.  Cool tune!!
0345 Mix Radio Int'l ID, into a cover of Everything But The Girls' "Missing"
0350 "You are tuned into the best of shortwave radio, mix radio int'l" ID
