Title: 5079 KHZ
Post by: Thegreatescape on January 29, 2019, 0332 UTC
Hello. I'm new to this forum but have been visiting here for awhile!
As I was going thru the band's today I came across a beeping on 5079khz @ 0330 UTC. The bandwidth of the signal is very wide.

Any ideas what this might be?

I'm located on the eastern coast of Canada.

Hello. It sounds like Link-11 transmission.

If it goes "dink dink dink pshhhhhhh dink dink dink" it's usually a tadil/link11 signal. Soon to be replaced with link22.
