Had a carrier here since 1545 UTC, then some audio just above the noise came up suddenly with OM ID, into National Anthem at 1558 UTC and off at 1559 UTC

It was just a weak carrier here
1432 Sign on with weak carrier
1459 Signal shot up to SIO 444, with music
1503 ID and email address, back to the music
1516 Back to just a weak carrier
1559 Off
