Under the noise floor but I do hear something.
2100 Rising up now, can hear music at the noise level or just above.
2115 still tenuous copy, but clear DJDW RFW station ID heard.
2118ish heard my name shouted out, thank you comrades.
2127 fighting a losing battle with local QRM now  :'(
2141 local QRM gone (for now), SIO 111
2147 starting to sound good here, SIO 222
