Hearing music at 23:25UTC sounds like some circus music with keyboards! Signal is fair! Hearing a old man giving some info like 1620 and then email address also at 23:27UTC Some thing like "Bambi" children music for commercial announcement! Back into instrumental music at 23:28UTC! Classic Pirate RadioRelay Station and gave gmail address at 23:31UTC by old man! RFM 1620 and then into a social commentary!!

Hearing instrumental music pretty well out here at 2330 UTC.

2337 UTC: Can't make out the chatter here, as the signal's faded to nearly the same level as the noise floor here.
