After a spot on UDXF, I managed to receive CW beacon "ICO" on 10238.15 kHz at 15:15 UTC today. The beacon sends "ICO ICO JN86JH" followed by pips.
A waterfall capture can be found here: 20190224-1515-10238-ICO (http://www.ipernity.com/doc/777361/48166508), in my ipernity collection.

Hello Costas,
several checks using the European KIWI SDR network led me to this opinion: there is no ICO beacon located in the State of Croatia but is probably located in the Northwestern part of Europe (NL, UK, DK or DE). Anyway, nice to listen to that beacon after the disappearance of "Common and Precious" :-)

Thanks for the info. However I have noticed that often I can hear ICO but not DK0WCY (http://dk0wcy.de/schedule_en.html) in Kiel (10144 kHz - 30W), so ICO is not in Northern Germany.
