22:56 UTC 03MAR2019 The following CW message was copied here from HI on 7998.06 KHz after hearing the HI identifier change to "VVV" Some mild fading but solid copy.

HELLO TO ALL CW OPERATORS ES HOPE U ENJOY HI BEACON L POWER IS 500 MW HOMBREW BEACON - - BE SAFE ES HAPPY SWLING 73 DE HI

The beacon then returned to its normal HI identifier.

Copied on the Airspy HF+ on the Comet CHA-250BX vertical.

It's not often that a beacon does that.
