2320 music, also talking, 2324 maybe latin america ?, or only the QRM from L.America ?
2330 end of music, (and only very weak traffic now)

2357 maybe traffic, with a music machine nearby the mike, language at least partly in E

2326  Sounded like two stations with man non-EE talking over music.
2330  Music gone, but two men are talking.  RR maybe?

I think this may the Pescadores (fishermen) on their boats in the Gulf of Mexico. I hear them with a weak signal. BTW, Spanish may be their second language with a native central American language as their first.
