Title: 30 meter "One Second Dasher" at 10121.50 kHz
Post by: Strange Beacons on March 27, 2019, 2034 UTC
I made a recording of a 30 meter "One Second Dasher" (https://youtu.be/2Rv5lY5Vkvc) today, 03/27/19 at 1700 UTC.

Has this signal ever been logged here?

Since your original posting date I have listened a few times without success. I generally tune through frequencies in the radio's memories first then explore other areas a bit to see if something new (to me) has appeared.

Thanks for your reply and for attempting to monitor the signal. I just checked it again, and it is still active. (I tuned into it using Token's Mojave desert KiwiSDR).

The signal is transmitting in the 30 meter amateur band. My experience with pirate beacons is minimal, but I've seen that most of them tend to avoid frequencies that are inside the amateur band.
