0930 UTC (mabybe early) S3-S8 YL Pl -  0954 Delta 35 "koniec pracy"
   Interesting exchange of correspondence in the 4599 USB station network.
Identifiers: Delta 35, Magneto 38, Barka35, misunderstood fourth.
The operators were only women - flawless Polish language. The message read live - groups of 5 digits but also groups of 5 Polish names. Sometimes a 3-tone selective call was used before the message.
Vocabulary differed from the previous civil defense exercises, unless there was a change in encryption.

1629 -YL Pl the next transmission continues "here Barka 45 was correctly received 115."
  Magma 36 reads groups of 5 names.
Barka 45 "received 110, end of work, 3 tones"
  - Because of late local time, I think that this is not a civil defense service.

I have audio from someone I know in a neighboring country that also heard this (as he tends to listen & record a fair amount).

The audio has been trimmed to cut out some of the dead air. One of the stations is fairly weak.
