Title: Hearing WV Into NC

I am hearing WV... probably the strongest & most consistent Hifer sig I have heard...now (1327Z...6/11/19) around 13554.851khz. Started hearing it at 1309z and still strong, about 4-5 S-units above the noise floor. Some QSB but staying copy-able. The dits, dahs and ID surely standout.
