Hopefully I copied the ID correctly. "Cool AM Radio" with numerous blues cuts and an ID at 0215z (11/22). Solid S8 to S9 signal and good audio here in the Boston burbs.

Thanks jFarley. It's still going at 0228z but down slightly in signal strength to an S5.

Another ID at 0233z. Also gave a URL of http://www.coolam.nl/ which is obviously Dutch. Not sure if this is a relay.

Yeah, fading here too.  I think off abt 0234.  Guessing this is a relay?

Confirmed from another source to be a relay.
