I logged V13 at 1:30 UTC, at 18041(+/- 5) Khz, via the SDR "Sailor" In Shenzhen, China. Signal was weak and noisy, but apparent. I missed this one and the traditional Chinese music intro, glad to have her back!

Hi Mary,

I heard it on 18040   20-07-2019 0700
and it was also on 18040 today (23-7) at 0700, 0800

Other skeds heard by fellow dxers:

V13 today, July 31st at 02:03 utc at 18040 KHZ, varying quality with a possible error in transmission- a sudden stop without typical ending behavior, then a very faint restart, before eventual normalcy. Shenzen Kiwi sdr
