Title: UNID 1060 khz 1900 UTC 4 Aug 2019

Pulled this in a few minutes ago off a Las Cruces NM-based SDR.

Using Google Translate and a rudimentary knowledge of Spanish, I believe I have figured out that the call was "XBL"-something.  I heard "equis bae elle", but was unable to decipher the rest.  The announcer also says that the station has "mil watts potencia", or one thousand watts of power.  I heard San Diego and El Paso mentioned as well.

Anyone have a clue as to what this could be?

So I'm thinking this was possibly KHRO-AM (http://www.923thefox.com), but off frequency.  The station's format is listed as "classic hits", and owner "Entravision Communications" primarily seems to serve the Spanish-speaking community.  This would also explain the location of El Paso that I heard.

Thoughts?
