Even better today on 17919khz, stretching ever farther North.

Korean Air 82 (JFK to Seoul) at 70.24N, 82.54W

Air Canada 015 (Toronto to Hong Kong) at a frigid 79.21N, 114W.  Don't get much more Northern than that

I like listening to the aero bands.

One time I had headphones on and was listening to 5574. San Fran. was weak, so I had the volume up reasonably loud. Air Canada 080 called them with a QTH nearly straight above me at FL 320. Aiiiiieeeeee! My ears! :o :D

/funny story

Peace!

LOL, can definately be dangerous listening to these stations if you're near the coast!  One of the few HF advantages of being in StL, safer on the ear drums!
