Every night I hear this station just under the 80-meter band. It seems to mostly play music, but I think I've heard people speaking Spanish as well. It's usually extremely faint at my location in South Carolina (grid square EM93). I asked a friend in Ohio about it and he says he can't hear it at all. Here are some pictures and MP3's of times when it's strong.
Repeating tones:

Did you note the time(s) of intercept so we know when to tune in? From the file names presume it's around 1100Z?

It shows up during my local night (EDT) and seems to stay until the sun rises and everything starts to fade. I don't see it in the EiBi schedule so I'm wondering if it's an image. The odd thing is, when I tune around it stays in the same place, suggesting it's really at that frequency, but when I tune away even more it disappears. There is very strong RTTY to the left so maybe that's drowning it out.
