2249 OM speaking, sounds like a recording. Couldn't understand anything much, signal not as strong as it was

4 bars on DX440, S9 on Denton Hill kiwi near Flint, MI... heard operator try to QSO with others, but there was no takers (I would if I could!).
Playing folk music, a song called Four Strong Winds I think he said.  Folk Central ID.
