an S3 - S5 signal

Was listening for a while, but just finally got near a computer to type this all in. The signal was right at noise level out here near Seattle, but after trying out several SDRs, I finally got a clear signal on the Northern Kentucky SDR (http://kiwisdr.marmosetelectronics.com:8073).
2204 UTC: "Whole Lotta Rosie" by AC/DC
2207 UTC: Native American music, then I had to leave radio for a while ...
* * * *
2238 UTC: OM announcer with ID, chatting in progress … ads talking about getting a good deal on a car, then menswear in Brockett.
2240 UTC: OM announcer chatting, then what sounded like an interview a between woman and old guy with Native American music in the background.
2242 UTC: Snippet of “Back in Black” by AC/DC, then a YL synth voice with ID: “You’re tuned to Brockett 99" and email address. That was followed by a snippet of another AC/DC tune. The OM then gave the time, said about to go, then played “Yellow Creek” by John Anderson.
2246 UTC: A new OM announcer chatted about the “Yellow Creek,” gave an ID and talked about "Reservation News" coming up. There was then an ad for Beaver Lumber in Brockett. Then “reservation weather,” with blizzard sound effects played.
2248 UTC: “Spirit in the Sky” by Norman Greenbaum, interrupted by male synth ID, then the quick end of the song, then an OM giving the "reservation calendar." That was followed by more chatting, an interview and more ... By 2258 UTC, the signal was really fading.
