Came across this oddity.....tried to tune in by ear and watching the chart decode. Very weak and I have no clue what the pic is. Any ideas? Signal was weak.

I went back and checked my SDR recordings and found a very weak fax image starting at 1142 UTC, I think there was an earlier one also which is probably what Skipmuck picked up, on 6948.1 USB. I suspect this is VALPARAISO PLAYA ANCHA, CHILE (CBV) as they were received on 6942 USB at 2306 UTC 23 June 2019: https://www.hfunderground.com/board/index.php/topic,55305.0.html
They are scheduled at 1130 UTC, although not on either of these frequencies. Maybe their schedule is more of a best guess than reality :)
Not perfect greyline conditions to Chile, but close.
Here is what I got. Weak, but 100% sure this is fax:

Neat, wonder if that time and freq will ever be good copy up here?

Thanks for your help on this one Chris! I was off on my decode, as I was tuned to 6948.5 USB.

These kinda sigs would be the ones to try out dsp noise reduction on, mebbe that will help. Also put a notch on the cf to get better s/n.
