UPDATE:  OK, so this appears to be someone relaying an online station called South Coast Smooth Jazz which is on mobile.net
But the // does not bring up an exact match though the music is smooth jazz format

Straight instrumental music -- sounds like Radio Tango or Radio Europe
Jingle ID sounded like ".....coast radio." at about 1605/06
"All your favorite music,......coast radio."
off at about 1703 UTC

1602 music, 1604 jingle ' - - Radio', music, some Morse close to the carrier
then non stop jazzy music, 1616
tentative : Radio Europe or Radio Freedom
1616 jingle : your favorite music, - - Radio (?), more jazzy
1636 jazzy, jazzy, (the Morse seems to be on L-side, so I listen in USB)
