1450 switching from disco era hit parade to Andean music

1432 I heard ABC radio from OM otherwise in Italian.  KCR noted they would start with April 1978 ABC show.  Music sounds like disco from 1978

Broadcast will run 24 hours (until Feb 2 1400 utc) in six hour blocks of programming which are repeated.  Nothing here via terrestrial radio yet.

Hearing it direct in Mount Kisco, NY with faint audio at 2134 UTC.  Shazam ID'd the song at that time as "Laissez-Passer (Dub Version)" by Diblo Dibala.
