A solid S8+ in Binghamton, NY up until around 2300z. Possible ID (heard repeated multiple times): "Keep Playin' Radio". I have audio & technical receive details - if anyone knows how to QSL please respond here.

2231 Joe Strummer "Tony Adams"

2239 ID then faded out to a weak carrier after one big signal peak, classing example of going long.
