Title: English EU network 6301 USB 2238 UTC 10 Feb 2020
Post by: kris on February 12, 2020, 0032 UTC
- tuning transmitters, checking reception and exchanging control messages on the US trops in Europ network. The reception quality varies for stations from SIO 555 to 222.
Worked: 5 Yanki November (leading), Alfa 4 Juliet, 1 Golf Alfa, Whiskey 3 Sierra, Whiskey 2 Sierra (maybe others).
I got my first session from around 2238 to 0010 UTC. Second session from 0018 to 0047.
I don't know if these were theirs or strangers ride on the channel + / _ 2kHz carrier.
I waited and watched FRQ around the clock, hoping to speak again - somewhere it must be repeated!      I am surprised that they worked without scrambling or diffused emission, open text, low level of operators, not all native English.

What do you mean exactly?  Carriers were popping up +/- 2 kHz from the 6301 kHz center frequency?  That would make sense if they're tuning up transmitters, tuning antennas, etc.
