Algeria
Curaçao
Bonaire
Martinique
Guadaloupe
Venezuela
Brazil

Seemed to be more out of band signals than in band.

Post by: oar9fi on February 19, 2020, 0702 UTC: I caught that one too. Lots of French and Spanish speaking stations from the Carribean/ West Indies. I heard a few on 27.385 LSB, but more abd bigger signals in the freeband with about a 50/50 mix of USB and LSB. I also heard Costa Rica on 28.395 USB

Post by: R4002 on February 19, 2020, 1646 UTC: 38 LSB is active in addition to numerous 26 MHz frequencies. Maybe the 26.500 MHz USB and 27.515 MHz LSB crowds will make another appearance.

I checked on one of my handheld CBs later in the day (with the telescopic antenna that actually resonates on 26-28 MHz)....and nothing as far as DX goes. Only the locals yakking away on channels 14, 19 and 22.
