Even with an apparently "dead" band, Argentina LU9HPO grid FF88 is putting in a -16 db signal. Also see F5MYK running maritime mobile... -18db. Unfortunately, he's not giving a grid square. I assume it's off the coast of SA, near Argentina.
Update ... not near Argentina, the maritime mobile is in grid DK96.
