It's Channel 292 on a new frequency since the beginning of the month (1st May).

Caught me out as well the first time I heard it. The following thread  provides the info from initial post ...

Initially I though I might have caught a TA with the religious program, but as the 75 meter ham band extends up to 4000 in the Region 2 it didn't quite make sense. the ID at 2259 solved it! I see now from that thread (https://www.hfunderground.com/board/index.php/topic,66434.msg226999.html) that they sell air time.
