0245 - ID by YL, didn't make it out
0250 - back to LSB, "For What Its Worth" Buffalo Springfield
0251 - clear ID by OM

0231 UTC 6969.1 LSB S-5 to S-7 peaks.  Frequency was checked with a calibrated HP8920B communications receiver.  6969.1 on three different rigs.  Cold Country Canada.  Off at 0235.  Back on at 0236.  Here in Detroit Michigan.  Sounds like Van Halen   Everybody wants some.

SINPO=21121, then gone.

251- OM speaks briefly, mentioning "Country Canada" but UTE QRM wiped out the rest of the brief comments.
