Fair into Victoria, BC with the same OM monologue. I can pick up about 50% of the words. "The year 2000" for example, just before 03:17 UTC.
Kept on with dialogue until 03:49, then into music. Much better. I was able to follow the programming without any trouble. At 03:50, into God Bless America. Shazam tells me that it's a Celine Dion version (which is pretty funny, as she grew up as a unilingual francophone in Quebec, Canada!).
