I tuned into this for about half an hour last night (12 July UTC) via the uTwente SDR, starting around 0328z (where I caught the tail end of a different broadcast, no ID, nothing listed on the Eibi schedule for broadcasts either ending or starting at 0330). The signal was quite strong and it did sound like Holy Quran type broadcast but I never heard anything that I could identify as being Radio Free Kashmir or any mention of the region. That doesn't mean it wasn't stated, but I couldn't make anything out.
I wonder what was on earlier, and when it began? I'll have to try to remember to check again next Saturday evening, maybe around 0200z.
