Hrd SSTV a bit earlier but decoder not on.  rats!
Recognize song right now, but too noisy for Shazam

1624 ID by OM as Sycko Radio and gave email
1628 OM talking
1631 "We Built This City" Starship - too weak for Shazam, but I know this song
1641 far down in noise, so giving up

Thanks to tip, weak at 1625 UTC with ID and into music.
Right in the middle of 31 meters...
Signal better at Mass SDR
