According to op, this station is not affiliated with Radio Merlin, but it is his old xmtr.

Do you mean 6255 TexasDX? I looged Wizard FM at 1725 on this frequency announcing this was a test transmission

Indeed, off by 30 kHz!  I can do better and will.  Thanks for the correction.
