Title: Wandering Tones? 7076usb 0237utc+ 4/24/2012

Wandering Tones 7076usb 0237utc 4/24/2012 : Blocks of wandering (up and down) tones that run for abt 10 seconds or so w/ roughly equal pause between. Sounds like two different streams going at once. Not sure where it's centered exactly, just seems to me to be strongest on 7076kHz.

Every few "blocks" it seems to modulate (musically) to a slightly different "key".

I'm sure someone can ID it, but I'll post a clip in a bit, just in case no one else catches it--still running at 0245utc.

Hi,

Can you please use a file site we don't have to sign up to hear the file?

Thanks!

After poking around, I found this link with examples of waterfall displays for different modes, and the one I saw with Sigmira looked like the one here for the JT65 mode http://hfradio.org.uk/html/digital_modes.html

Just wanted to ID it. Knowledge = One less post by me, asking "What's this?!?", when everyone else knows, "Oh, that's just M45SQ-t-27b/6-R2D2 mode".  :)
