1536 OM talking just at floor level, cannot decipher
1830 OM "....OK, we'll get back to you....." Reception very good, however there are either long pauses in transmission or moderator is heard fine and those relaying information are below floor.
1841 OM heavy Bayou accented "We are looking for weather reports in the affected areas, please call now"

0029 UTC - Reporting on Florida weather and looking for traffic in the effected area.
0031 UTC - Looking for check-in's to the net.
0046 UTC - KW4T located in Florida taking check-in's to the net. KW4T signal is S7 in WNY.
