Weak signal, some audio bubbling up to the surface from time to time. It's music but that's about all I can tell.

signal S9+5-10 on the SDR in Milford, PA
01.30 carrier only

s9 with qsb here around 0030z  still there now but much weaker, none  or very weak audio

This carrier appears now and then. I suspect it is related to the Link-11 transmissions that often appear in this area.
